Phil Budne

Phil has worked on system software on "big machines" since the days that disk drives were the size of a washing machine, and held 100 megabytes (or less!).  He is a 40+ year user of Unix/BSD/Linux, and a 20+ year user of Python.

For fun, Phil enjoys "software preservation", and when away from his keyboard, sings, cycles, gardens, sails, watches birds and volunteers at a local food rescue organization.
