Fernando Bermejo

Fernando directs Media Cloud’s initiatives, research and partnerships. He is also the executive director of Media Ecosystems Analysis Group (mediaecosystems.org), faculty associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, and profesor asociado at IE University. For over a decade, he was associate professor in the Department of Communication at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. He has worked in applied research for media and technology companies as Senior Analyst at the Internet Research Group LLC and Research Analyst at CDNOW Inc.

Fernando holds a PhD in Communication from the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, and an M.A. from the Annenberg School for Communication (University of Pennsylvania).
